In-Home Consultations for Dogs
These training sessions take place in the privacy of your home
with one-on-one time with a trainer. Your specific needs are
addressed. This normally lasts about 11/2 hours. During this 11/2
hours, we can typically focus on 3 behaviors. The trainer works
with you, the trainer works with the dog and has you work with
the dog. You are given handouts and access to us via telephone
for any questions you may have. A training plan is laid out so you
understand what you need to do to resolve the issues you are
experiencing. There is a $25 travel fee for all in-home
consultations or follow-ups. Our hourly rate is $125 per hour.
So, your cost for a session lasting 11/2 hours is $212.
Extra charges will be assessed and quoted for aggression. This
fee starts at $50 per in-home consultation.
Residential Boot Camp for Dogs
This training takes place at the trainer's residence. You bring your
wish list. The dog normally stays 7 days. At the conclusion of
boot camp, the trainer meets with you and does an exit interview,
which normally lasts one hour. At this point, you will schedule an
in-home follow-up to occur at least 3 weeks from the date you
pick up your dog. We feel this is important so that you are as
comfortable as possible with all that you and your dog have
learned. During boot camps, the dog literally lives with us and is
trained on an almost continual basis. We emulate your home
situation as much as possible when assessing which trainer's home
is right for you. Cost for boot camps start at $850. Extra charges
will be assessed and quoted for fears, phobias and aggression.
In-Home Consultations for Cats
These training sessions take place in the privacy of your home
with one-on-one time with a trainer. Your specific needs are
addressed. Since cat behavioral problems are usually more
quickly remedied than a dog’s, these sessions normally run about
1 hour. The problem behaviors are addressed and the trainer
works with you on how to resolve them. You are given handouts
and access to us via telephone for any questions you may have.

for a session lasting 1 hour is $125.
